How we work
Fast answers
We answer every request on the same working day, by email, phone or WhatsApp. Each request is logged on the platform, with its status visible to whoever made it. If we do not reply, tell us: we want to know.
Clear accounts
Annual budget, quotas (the owners' monthly contributions), monthly accounts per unit and the reserve fund (fundo comum de reserva) in a separate account. Every owner can log in and see the building's accounts whenever they like, not just once a year.
A well-kept building
A maintenance plan for each building: lifts, façade, roof, insurance. For every job, three quotes against the same specification. A maintenance calendar and a report after each visit, so everyone knows who is coming and when.
