Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to privacidade@sansarealestate.pt; we reply within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (CNPD) at www.cnpd.pt.
Deleting your data
To have your data deleted, including data we received through Facebook, Instagram or WhatsApp, email privacidade@sansarealestate.pt with the subject "Data deletion" and the email address or phone number you used with us. We delete the contact from our email system, erase any messaging conversation and remove the data from backups at the next rotation. We confirm by email when it is done, within 30 days.

sansarealestate.pt does not use tracking or advertising cookies. Our visitor statistics are cookie-free and hosted on our own servers in the European Union.
